Howdy guys. I know, I've never strike any one of you guys (anybody for that matter. Yes, including yours truly.) as the inspirational kind. Well, its basic human responsibility or so to share the good stuff and all so here ya go.
It's a little something (or more appropriately, some things) I found myself spending 2~3 hours reading. Well it kinda worked for me so I'd hope it'll work for you guys too. This and this.
Well, they're pretty much self-explanatory so I'll move on.
Got them from this site and I'll have to say it works pretty good (for me at least). Personally, I'm trying out the 7-day challenge which just seems a heck load of fun to push yourself. Especially someone like me who likes the decades-of-not-going-to-gym-but-finally-going-and-ending-up-really-sore kind of pain. That said, it's not just about the 'O' levels which makes you want to push yourself but it's all part of the bigger plan called life.
So yea, do yourself a favour and take like 10 minutes reading them through. Godspeed.
